About The Event
• Endurance and mid-intensity paced rides and skills instruction
• 50 to 140 km / 3 to 6 hours of daily riding (pace groups dependent on ability of riders)
• A power test on track,
• Establishement of your Power and Heart Rate Training Zone. Inclued :
